Elston Hall Learning Trust Training

Welcome to Elston Hall Learning Trust
‘Training’
Inspiring learning through excellent teaching and leadership is at the heart of our Trust.
This key phrase from our own Mission Statement continues to be fundamental in all aspects of improvement across all our Trust Schools – it drives our core purpose, it grows and develops our staff.
We look to extend an offer to work alongside our professional partners to provide high-quality, school-based professional development to school teachers and leaders at stages of their career.
We strive to develop high quality professionals who will then have the capacity for improving teaching and learning, and develop the skills necessary in leadership.
We have an extensive range of training courses and bespoke packages on offer, all delivered by our outstanding practitioners as well as trusted outside providers.
We pride ourselves on a robust quality assurance process which ensures that our programmes are specifically targeted to meet the needs of the individual and that they succeed. We are self-critical and constantly challenge ourselves to ensure we are enhancing our practice in order to provide individuals with high quality programmes. '
Collaboration is at our core, we are committed to offering our support to schools and colleagues across the West Midlands.
‘We settle for nothing less than excellence in our drive for achievement in all aspects of learning’.
We hope as you explore our offer, you will find opportunities that will allow us to build a training partnership with you.
